Component inspection and assembly check

The reliability of a system depends on the inspection of its entirety, down to its most basic components. Veryfire offers its impartiality and independence for control assessments, as well as conducting actual tests to verify its functionality.

Veryfire performs compliance checks for fire protection systems and component assemblies. It carries out this activity for all fire protection systems, evaluating regulatory compliance, including "retroactively," for systems lacking the necessary documentation to ensure compliance with the standards or a selected performance requirement. For example, regarding assembled component sets, such as pump sets or a pump room, we are able to perform compliance reports according to UNI EN 12845 and UNI 11292 standards.

Veryfire performs compliance checks for fire protection components, such as sprinkler heads. According to the UNI EN 12845:2020 standard, after 25 years, pipes and sprinklers must be inspected and tested. The most critical part of this inspection is that a certain number of sprinklers must be removed and tested to ensure their full functionality.

Veryfire provides testing reports to verify that the characteristics declared by the manufacturer remain unchanged. Additionally, as an independent organization, it can conduct these inspections and provide a final report to communicate the outcome to the client.
